This property is an end of terrace Edwardian house located in the Landford Road Conservation Area.
Our design for a ground floor extension replaces an existing conservatory to the side of the house. The new extension features a large lantern style roof light set behind a parapet wall. The garden elevation of the new extension incorporates glazed timber doors and windows matching the original curved glass detailing featured on the original doors to the house.
A matching glass and timber door set replaces the existing ground floor kitchen doors and windows to unify the design and appear as one coherent facade.
Internally the works included significant remodelling to the house and the addition of a bathroom. We also designed and modelled internal joinery and built-in fittings. The kitchen is hand built by Plain English and we worked closely with them to ensure the success of the project.
Full Services from Inception to completion. 3D CAD modelling was used throughout all stages of the project.
