Modern wrap-around extension and full property refurbishment to a property in Barnes. The house was completely stripped and fitted with all new services, Kitchen, Bathrooms & Utility room.
This project was undertaken for a Client who lived abroad throughout the design and construction stages. We only met twice; once before being appointed to take on the project and then finally on handover. The full property was extensively modelled using 3D software which proved to be an invaluable tool in helping to inform the Client of the design development and assist in making decisions on site during construction.
Full services were provided from inception through to completion. We designed all the interiors and bespoke cabinetry and assisted on sourcing finishes and fittings. We also undertook the garden and landscape design as well as planting.
