The brief for this large garden studio for private clients was for a double height space with ancillary accommodation to include a WC and shower room, kitchenette and store. The main space is overlooked by a viewing gallery which can also be used as an office or occasional sleepover space for guests.
The studio is located some 50 metres from the main house and all services had to be extended to and from the site, including drainage, power and water. A sophisticated Lutron lighting and audio visual system controls all electronic systems in the studio and can be remotely controlled from the main house.
